Why is it….?
… that when Joe Wilson makes an inexcusable outburst from the floor of congress and calls the President a liar, because Joe Wilson believes the President is lying to the public,… he is called a racist.
and… when ex President Carter refers to President Obama, albeit in the heat of excitement for Carter, as “a Black boy”… he is excused and not even questioned by the main stream media.
Now let’s be clear about this Jimmy Carter is not a racist. Jimmy Carter, in the heat of excitement when he realised that Barack Obama might be nominated as the Democratic candidate for President, let lose with an old Southern Racist term. He was given a pass by the main stream media and the Black leadership in this country. He should have been given a pass.
Joe Wilson made his remark in the heat of passion when he knew the President was not accurately representing what this bill would do regarding illegal immigrants. Members of the house had unsuccesfully attempted to have some proof of citizenship inserted in the bill. They failed. Joe was not given a pass on this by the main stream media or those who have made an industry of racism in the US.
Jimmy Carter gets our first “Inconvenient Hypocrite” of the Week award, not because he called the President a “Black Boy” but because he so “conveniently” forgot his remarks and assigned the “Racist” label to Joe Wilson’s inappropriate outburst.
